Sabem aquelas receitas que convém ter sempre á mão para um piquenique, lanche ajantarado ou mesmo um almoço leve, pois, esta é uma delas. Ideal também para marmitas, é deliciosa e super fácil de fazer. Aguenta muito bem no dia seguinte e é bastante flexível pois podemos variar os ingredientes do recheio. Hoje cá em casa deu um fantástico almoço acompanhada de salada de cenoura!<br />

<li> <span style="font-family: inherit;">Deite metade da massa numa forma untada e polvilhada de farinha ou forrada com papel vegetal e reserve a restante.</span></li>

De onde venho, a Páscoa é uma época muito celebrada, uma época para juntar mais uma vez à mesa a família e os que nos são mais queridos.<br />
Este bolo de noz com ovos moles é uma forma gulosa e deliciosa de adoçar a Páscoa, fugindo um bocadinho aos tradicionais (e não menos deliciosos) pão-de-ló e folares. Uma receita para partilhar e saborear com aqueles que mais amamos.<br />
E com esta receita desejo a todos uma Santa e Feliz Páscoa! <br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Bolo de Páscoa</span><br />
<br />
Ingredientes:<br />
<br />
Bolo de noz: <br />
250gr de miolo de noz<br />
7 ovos grandes<br />
250gr de açúcar<br />
<br />
Ovos Moles:<br />
140gr de água<br />
250gr de açúcar<br />
8 gemas de ovo<br />
<br />
Decoração:<br />
Fios de ovos<br />
Amêndoas de chocolate<br />
Coelho de chocolate<br />
<br />
Preparação:<br />
Bolo:<br />
Colocar no copo as nozes e triturar 20seg/vel.7. Reservar.<br />
Colocar a "borboleta", os ovos e o açúcar e programar 7min/37º/vel.3.<br />
Pré-aquecer o forno a 180º e untar uma forma de bolo de aprox. 25cm.<br />
Programar 7min/vel.3 e, nos 30 seg finais, adicionar a farinha de noz pelo bocal da tampa.<br />
Deitar a massa na forma untada e levar ao forno cerca de 30 minutos ou até um palito sair limpo.<br />
Retirar e deixar arrefecer sobre uma grade de pastelaria.<br />
<br />
Ovos Moles:<br />
De seguida, fazer os ovos moles, colocando no copo limpo a água e o açúcar e programar 20min/Varoma/vel.1. Deixar arrefecer a calda até aos 60ºC, retirando o copo da base para arrefecer mais rápido (Pode verificar-se a temperatura colocando de novo o copo na base).<br />
Numa taça pequena, colocar as gemas, verter um pouco da calda por cima e misturar bem.<br />
Colocar de novo o copo na base e a "borboleta" e programar 5min/100ºC/vel.1. Com a máquina em funcionamento, junte as gemas em fio através do bocal da tampa.<br />
Retirar os ovos para uma taça e deixe arrefecer completamente.<br />
<br />
Finalização e decoração:<br />
Colocar o bolo num prato e verter a mistura dos ovos moles por cima (é importante que tanto o bolo como os ovos estejam frios).<br />
Decorar com os fios de ovos, as amêndoas e o coelho e deliciar-se!<br />

Esta é uma das mais simples receitas de pão, (podes ver outras <a href="http://sweetlove-bimby.blogspot.pt/2011/09/pao-flor.html" target="_blank">aqui</a> e <a href="http://sweetlove-bimby.blogspot.pt/2011/06/pao-espiral.html" target="_blank">aqui</a> ) que costumo fazer contudo após colocar esta foto no meu instagram várias pessoas me pediram a receita assim achei mais lógico colocá-la aqui para que todos tivessem acesso mais rápido. É pão simles mas delicioso, como convém. Uma daquelas receitas que faço vezes sem conta, por vezes adicionando sementes para um toque diferente.<br />
Como uma querida amiga comentava no meu post-" quentinhos, manteiga e café da avó, maravilhaaaaaaa". É isto mesmo, maravilhaaaaaa! <br />

<br />
Pão do Dia<br />
<br />
400 gr de água<br />
15 gr de fermento fresco<br />
1 colher de café de açúcar <br />
600 gr de farinha tipo 65<br />
1 colher de chá de sal<br />
<br />
Coloque no copo água, o fermento e o açúcar e programe 1 min\temp.37ºC\vel.1<br />
Adicione a farinha e o sal e amasse 5min\vel. espiga<br />
Coloque a massa numa tigela, tape com película aderente e deixe levedar num local morno durante 30 Min. <br />
Pré-aqueça o forno a 180º.<br />
Faça bolas de massa, coloque-as num tabuleiro. Com uma tesoura dê um corte em forma de cruz na massa, polvilhe com farinha e deixe levedar por mais 15 minutos. Leve ao forno durante 30 minutos ou até dourar.<br />

Estenda a massa com o rolo numa superfície polvilhada de farinha. Com um cortante em forma de coração, corte as bolachas e disponha-as num tabuleiro de forno forrado com papel vegetal. Decore cada uma com um mini coração.</div>

Leve ao forno durante cerca de 10 minutos ou até estarem douradas. Retire do forno e coloque numa rede metálica a arrefecer. </div>

<li>Retire e deixe escorrer a água. Reserve. </li>
<li>Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC.

<li>No copo, coloque a cebola e pique 5 seg/vel 5. Junte a manteiga, o azeite refogue 3 min/varoma/vel 1. </li>
<li>Junte a cenoura reservada, os temperos e refogue 5 min/varoma// vel. </li>
<li>Por fim adicione os ovos, o queijo reservado, os coentros reservados e envolva 15 seg // vel. Retifique os temperos. </li>
<li>Espalhe o preparado no tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal e leve o forno 15 minutos. Deixe arrefecer 5 minutos antes de cortar as fatias e servir.

<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Uma receita para impressionar. Foi um dos pensamentos que me ocorreu logo que vi a minha filha fazer esta receita para a irmã que adora manteiga de amendoim e chocolate.
Foi uma das sobremesas que decidiu fazer para celebrarmos a vinda do Ano Novo. Nada de especial até aqui a não ser dizer-vos que a minha filha em questão detesta chocolate de leite e preto, aliás só o cheiro já a incomoda. Outro dos pensamentos que me ocorreram quando soube que tinha escolhido esta receita em particular para a irmã foi sentir que a ligação que têm não é condicionada por interesses e/ou gostos em comum mas sim por amor. É isso deixa-me muito feliz. Há um escritor, Mia Couto que tem uma frase que diz o seguinte " Cozinhar é um modo de amar os outros", e eu concordo plenamente sempre que cozinho e ainda com mais certeza quando vejo a minha filha mais velha cozinhar uma receita que detesta mas que a sua irmã adora. Fazer os outros felizes ao cozinhar para eles não só o que gostamos mas também o que não gostamos só para eles. E é isto cozinhar, uma outra forma de expressar Amor.

120 g chocolate culinária<br />

Preparação:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Pré-aqueça o forno a 160ºC.<br /> </li>
<li>Num tabuleiro forrado a papel vegetal, faça as tartarugas colocando 4 cajus para as pernas e uma avelã para a cabeça. Com os dedos amasse gentilmente os caramelos e coloque um em cima de cada tartaruga. <br /> </li>
<li>Leve ao forno até os caramelos começarem ligeiramente a derreter (aprox. 2 min). <br /> </li>
<li>Coloque no copo o chocolate e dê 2/3 toques de turbo. De seguida, derreta-o 5min/50ºC/vel.2.<br /> </li>
<li>Verta 1 c. chá de chocolate em cima de cada caramelo e finalize com uma noz. <br /> </li>
<li>Refrigere até o chocolate assentar. Antes de servir, coloque as tartarugas à temperatura ambiente. </li>

5 g gengibre fresco<br />
20g mel<br />
100 g Chocolate p/ Culinária partido em pedaços pequenos<br />
100 g manteiga, mais q.b p/ untar <br />
3 ovos<br />
100 g açúcar amarelo<br />
80 g farinha, mais q.b p/ polvilhar<br />
1 c. chá de fermento p/ bolos<br />
10 g cacau em pó<br />
1 c. chá de gengibre em pó<br />
85 g de miolo de pão integral partido em pedaços pequenos<br />
1000 g água<br />
Açúcar em pó q.b p/ polvilhar<br />

<b>Preparação:</b><br />
<ul>
<li>Unte com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha uma forma de gomos com 22 cm de diâmetro (7,5 cm de altura) e coloque na varoma.</li>
<li>Coloque no copo o gengibre fresco e pique 5 seg/vel 7.<br />Adicione o mel e misture 5 seg/vel 3. Retire e unte a forma com esta mistura.</li>
<li>No copo limpo e seco coloque o chocolate e pique 7 seg/vel 5.<br />Retire metade e reserve.<br />De seguida derreta 5 min/50ºC/vel 1. Retire e reserve.</li>
<li>Coloque no copo a manteiga, os ovos e o açúcar e bata 5 min/70ºC/vel 4.</li>
<li>Adicione a farinha, o fermento, o cacau e o gengibre em pó e envolva 5 seg/vel 4.</li>
<li>Adicione o chocolate derretido, o chocolate em pedaços e o miolo de pão e misture 6 seg/vel 4. Deite na forma e cubra com papel vegetal.</li>
</ul>

<li>Coloque no copo a água e a Varoma com a forma e coza 60 min/Varoma/vel 2. Retire da forma, deixe arrefecer e sirva polvilhado com açúcar em pó.</li>
